Does my SCS purchase have a warranty?
SCS Unlimited products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the period of one year. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from the authorized re-seller/retailer. Your original purchase invoice, showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, defective parts will be repaired or replaced. There will be no charge for labor or parts during the one-year warranty period from the date of purchase however we offer no cash refunds. Any shipping or other cost such as customs incurred costs, etc… from or to outside the Continental U.S.A. is customers’ responsibility.
This warranty does not cover any failure resulting from Improper Installation and/or any incidental damages, gasoline exposure or other economic consequential damages due to accident, abuse, misuse, negligence and acts of God.
Accidental damage to your wrap kit?
Replacement pieces are easy.
Email us the number(s) needed from the install key for your machine. We base price off the amount of vinyl needed to fulfill your order. If your replacement order consists of 55% or more of the wrap, we will require a discounted purchase on the full kit.
Customized your wrap? Don’t panic, we keep all custom files on secure redundant servers. Feel free to Email or call us at (855)727-9727 for a custom quote for replacement parts.
Can I customize the existing wrap designs?
Yes. On the product details page, scroll down and find the CUSTOMIZE MY COLOR section.
Choose the option that best fits what you’re trying to modify. Multiple color changes are possible and would constitute both the background accent, and foreground colors. Please enter your specified design changes in the provided input boxes.
Once the purchase has been processed, a digital proof will be sent to you via e-mail for approval prior to print production.
Add/Remove Logos:
Logo Customization’s are simple using the same menu as your color modifications. Add sponsor logos, company graphics and other identifying markings such as number plates etc. Choose your modification options from the provided menu found on the Purchase Details page.

  • – Any provided logos must be sent as EPS or AI. JPEGs and GIFs NOT accepted.
  • – Proof of changes sent via email with one minor revision. Proofs are not sent without purchase made.
Will you send me a proof before I purchase?
To allow for a more custom product, we cannot send color change or logo addition PROOF’s until the product has been purchased and your change options have been selected during the checkout process. Once we have received the order and your changes submitted in the “Design Notes” of the checkout form (or via email), whichever is easiest for you, we will happily make the changes and send the proof via email with satisfaction guaranteed.
Can SCS make custom designs?
Yes, our custom design work starts at $550 and can range up to $750. Custom designs are offered for all models. After initial consultation, SCS Unlimited will send pricing. From there, a 50% nonrefundable down payment is required before design commences. Digital proofs are sent via e-mail throughout the process until final approval is agreed by customer.
Color Policy
While we understand the desire to ‘match’ our digitally printed graphics to the color of the machine, many times this can prove more difficult than expected. Due to the high intensity colors used to paint and powder coat in current manufacturing trends, SCS does NOT guarantee exact color matching.
Our products are designed to complement; we pride ourselves in creating designs which utilize color in a way that enhances or improves the original product.
When deciding to wrap a vehicle, it’s important to keep in mind everything affects how color is seen and perceived. The printer, the ink, color profiles, laminate, outdoor versus indoor light, and even the brain alters how one person might perceive a color. As such, we do not guarantee a color match based on your computer monitor or device screen. If color is critical to your order, we can produce small print samples for physical inspection and approval.
Can I convert one SCS Unlimited design to the new XM/XS Ski-Doo chassis?
Yes, SCS Unlimited will convert any of our licensed Ski-Doo sled wrap designs to all Ski-Doo chassis types. Unfortunately, we will not convert the “exclusive” promotional wrap designs to other chassis types. Contact to order.

I just received my wrap kit, where do I start?
Congratulations! It is very exciting to jazz up the looks of your machine. However, proper preparations must be made to ensure a long lasting install.

  1. 1. Remove your kit from the tube and allow it lay flat and return to room temperature.
  2. 2. Confirm you received the item you ordered and all of the pieces are accounted for without damage.
We are NOT liable for improper installation or costs incurred associated with installation under any circumstance.
Once installation has begun, meaning the paper backing has been cut or altered, we will NOT send you new/replacement pieces free of charge.

I selected “Overnight” shipping, will my wrap kit be here tomorrow?
Great question! We are a print-2-order company, as are many other vinyl companies, meaning we do not have an inventory on hand. Because of this we have a processing time of 3-4 business days before our wrap kits ship.
Shipping times vary but within the continental United States order will typically arrive within 1 week.
How does SCS process my order?
Upon receiving order and payment, we typically process for production within one business day. Please call or email for production estimates as they vary between season.
After your item has been printed, cured (1-2 days) and laminated we tube and ship your order using your preferred shipping method.Please see our Shipping page for further details. Transit times exclude design and printing process.
For up to date production estimates, please contact our sales team as they change regularly depending on season and volume.
What vinyl base adhesive is used?
Our Sled Wraps and Graphics are digitally printed on engineering grade high-tensile vinyl with aggressive, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The special adhesive system is designed to adhere to “hard-to-stick” and low energy surfaces.
What covers the engineering grade base later?
The primary purpose of our industry leading lamination is to provide abrasion, weather and UV (ultraviolet) protection for ink and base layer vinyl. Our proprietary lamination thickness also makes it easier to handle for installation. Due to our laminate thickness, it is critical when installing to ensure any and all air or water from wet applications is completely dissolved and dry before exposing to winter temperatures. Post heating surfaces and extra pressure is also highly recommended for avoiding premature release.
Incorrect Item Shipped.
Send us a photo of the item received to: sales@scsunlimited.com along with your order information. Once we confirm the incorrect item was sent to you we can open a claim and have the correct kit expedited along with a shipping label so you can ship the wrong item back to us.
Incorrect item ordered.
1. No returns on custom wrap kits! Call 855-727-9727 for a resolution.
2. If you simply ordered the incorrect chassis/template on a stock design, ship the kit back to us. There will be a 25% restocking fee along with additional shipping charges. Once we receive your incorrect kit we will ship you the correct one.
All sales are final!
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as all sales are final. We are a print-2-order company.
We don’t stock inventory.Once the purchase button has been pressed, all charges are processed to the credit card entered. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase as our products are printed as they are ordered.
