CUSTOM DESIGN - Service

This $500.00 serves as an initial payment to begin a custom graphic design project. 

In essence, this deposit is a standard procedure to formally engage SCS Unlimited for custom design services, ensuring that the initial time and effort of our design team are covered as they begin bringing your vision to life. Graphics are sold separately.

Here’s a breakdown of the process:

• Initiating the Project: To start a custom design, you pay this $500 deposit upfront. This secures your spot in the design queue and allows the SCS Unlimited design team to begin working on your project.

• Project Scope: The deposit covers the initial hours of design work as a minimum purchase. The total number of hours will depend on the complexity and specifics of your design request and may require additional time added after creative consultation.
  

• Project Timelines: Most design projects are completed within the initial deposit allowance. Any additional time needed depends on the complexity of the design and the specific revision requests provided during consultation.

• Applying the Deposit: The $500 you pay as a deposit is credited toward the total cost of your design project. For example, if the final design takes five hours to complete, the total cost would be $525 (5 hours x $105/hour). Your initial deposit would be applied, leaving a remaining balance of $25.

• Exclusions: The deposit does NOT include the cost of the printed graphics which depends on the coverage, material and finishing selections.

• Note on 3D or AI images: 3D concept mockups or AI-generated pictures cannot be used directly for printing because physical vinyl wraps require flat, geometrically precise 2D panel shapes. If you only have a 3D rendering, our designers would need to rebuild the artwork from scratch on our print templates, which falls under our standard custom design pricing.

• SCS Unlimited retains all rights to the original creative assets and layered source files (e.g., .AI, .EPS). This package grants a usage license for the high-resolution production files specifically for this project. SCS Unlimited reserves the right to manage and utilize the design library for future applications at its discretion.  Full exclusive ownership and transfer of source design files are available for purchase as an additional acquisition fee upon request.
