CUSTOM DESIGN - Deposit

This $500.00 deposit serves as an initial payment to begin a custom graphic design project. The design work itself is billed at an hourly rate of $105.

Here’s a breakdown of the process:

• Initiating the Project: To start a custom design, you pay this $500 deposit upfront. This secures your spot in the design queue and allows the SCS Unlimited design team to begin working on your project.

• Hourly Rate: The cost of the custom design work is calculated based on the time spent by the graphic designers, billed at a rate of $105 per hour.

• Applying the Deposit: The $500 you pay as a deposit is credited toward the total cost of your design project. For example, if the final design takes five hours to complete, the total cost would be $525 (5 hours x $105/hour). Your initial deposit would be applied, leaving a remaining balance of $25.

• Project Scope: The deposit covers the initial hours of design work as a minimum purchase. The total number of hours will depend on the complexity and specifics of your design request and may require additional time added after creative consultation. 

• Exclusions: The deposit does NOT include the cost of the printed graphics which depends on the material and finishing options. 

In essence, this deposit is a standard procedure to formally engage SCS Unlimited for custom design services, ensuring that the initial time and effort of their design team are covered as they begin bringing your vision to life.
